• MRI findings include widened growth plate and epiphyseal slippage.

• Sagittal MRI:
  • Shows posterior rotation of the femoral head epiphysis axis relative to the femoral neck axis, indicating retroversion at the epiphyseal-metaphyseal junction.
• Axial MRI:
  • Demonstrates the relationship of the femoral epiphysis within the acetabulum.
