๐Ÿง Double Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) Sign:

Double posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) sign results from meniscal material in the notch, inferior and parallel to the PCL in the same sagittal plane.

The intact ACL serves as a barrier, preventing further lateral displacement of the meniscal segment.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Mimics of the Double PCL Sign ๐Ÿ‘ฅ:

๐Ÿงฉ Double Anterior Horn Sign:

The double anterior horn sign is presented as two adjacent triangular seemingly anterior horns on a sagittal image.

The anterior triangle represents the normal anterior horn, while the posterior triangle represents the displaced bucket handle segment.
