1️⃣ Graft Coronial Inclination Angle

The graft coronal inclination angle is a critical measurement in the assessment of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).

  1. Identify the Medial Edge of the Femoral ACL Attachment
  2. Scroll to the Medial Edge of the Tibial ACL Attachment
  3. Determine the Angle: The angle formed between the marked medial edge of the ACL and a line parallel to the tibial plateau's articular surface is the graft coronal inclination angle.

2️⃣ Optimal Angle and Implications

  • 📌 Ideal Range: The desired graft coronal inclination angle should be less than 75°.
  • 📌 Consequences of an Excessive Angle: An excessively vertical graft, exceeding 75°, can result in suboptimal control of rotatory laxity.
