๐ŸฆตRadial Tear:

  • ๐Ÿ”„ The meniscus-free edge is blunted, suggesting a partial thickness tear.
  • ๐Ÿ” The radial tear exhibits a cleft with vertical high signal intensity.
  • ๐Ÿšซ However, there is no relative deficiency of the inferior surface of the meniscus.

๐ŸฆตFlap Tear: Characteristic findings in flap tears include two key aspects:

  • 1.  The presence of vertical signal intensity is located in the inner one-third to one-half of the meniscus.
  • 2. A relative deficiency of the inner margin of the inferior leaf of the meniscus.
