1️⃣ Meniscal Extrusion:

It's a common occurrence post-MAT, yet there's no universally accepted standard for what constitutes normal meniscal extrusion. The link between clinical outcomes and radiologic findings regarding extrusion remains unclear, indicating a need for further study to understand its implications fully.

2️⃣ Axial Trough Angle:

Identified as the most reliable predictor of graft extrusion in lateral MAT, a higher axial trough angle correlates with increased graft extrusion. Research suggests an optimal cutoff for the axial trough angle at 5.64 degrees to minimize the risk of significant graft extrusion.

3️⃣ Suture-Related Artifacts:

These are common and appear as susceptibility artifacts on MRI, especially at the allograft meniscus's superior surface and the joint capsule's outer surface. The artifacts manifest as oblique or vertical linear signal intensities due to the suture thread, potentially complicating the radiologic evaluation.
