✅ No Epiphyseal Collapse with Hypointense Fracture Line

  • This session focuses on cases without epiphyseal collapse but showing a discontinuous or open-ended hypointense fracture line.

The imaging findings can be summarized into three main characteristics:

1. Irregular, Serpiginous Line: An irregular, serpiginous, often discontinuous or open-ended line that is parallel, convex, or concave to the articular surface.

2. Edema-like Signal Change: Edema-like signal change on both sides of the hypointense line.

3. Low Signal Intensity Line: A low signal intensity line running short distances from the subchondral bone plate.
