| Tear Patterns | Five patterns of ramp injury; common types are full-thickness tears at the capsulosynovial junction and in the red zone. |
| Fat | A thin fat pad separates the ramp capsule and meniscotibial ligament. |
| Recesses | Inferior Posteromedial Recess: Bordered by meniscotibial ligament and tibial plate. Superior Posteromedial Recess: Bordered by medial femoral condyle, posterior meniscal horn, ramp capsule. |
| Lengths | Meniscotibial ligament: 14mm, Meniscocapsular ligament: 20mm, Medial Meniscus: 21mm. |
