✅ Patellar Tendon Rupture
This type of rupture is more likely to occur in patients who have undergone the following procedures during their Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA):
- Partial patellar tendon release
- Closed manipulation
- Osteotomy of the tibial tubercle
✅ Quadriceps Tendon Rupture
- This type of rupture is more commonly seen in patients who had a release of the lateral retinaculum during their TKA procedure.
